Flora and Fauna of Ironwood Country Club

If you look at this blog from time to time you know I post a lot of photos of Ironwood Country Club in Palm Desert, California.  It seems that at Ironwood, wherever you look, there is a photo waiting to be taken.  I have undoubtedly taken hundreds and hundreds of photos of Ironwood since I joined in 1996.  I am still overwhelmed at the beauty of the Club every time I am there.  I generally have a camera in my golf cart ready to take a photo of whatever interests me.  Here are a few I took last weekend.

In the lake on  the No. 5 hole of the South course, there were two catfish that I had never noticed before.

This time of year the cactus' are in bloom

I love the mountains around the golf course

Nice Crooked Tree

I always need to add a photo of the Lovely Sharon. Here is one taken right after she whacked a drive

Its raining and dark this morning in Salt Lake.  I wish I was at Ironwood with the Lovely Sharon
